How to get started managing your money
It is likely that some individuals will be more interested in money and numbers than others, as with anything, but to say you are not capable of learning is not true.
Where do I start?
Online banking is likely your only form of monitoring your finances whether you like it or not, unless you want to store cash in your home or buried in the back yard. The beauty of online banking and some may consider it the largest concern of the same fact is that the transactions are recorded and easy for you to view weeks, months and years later (unless you close the account, have fun getting statements from the financial institution then).
You do not need holographic glasses to better manage your finances, you just need to log in to your account. Those glasses do look pretty fantastic though, to the lower left of his left eye would be pie charts of his portfolio, central on the glasses reaching from the diamond are income vs expenses and the hexagon’s are listing upcoming expenses or maybe items from the fridge that you need to replenish. All of that relevant information can be viewed through your online banking.
What do I need?
Of the upmost importance is knowing your financial situation. You do not need anything but your username and password to perform the most important part of finance, monitoring. You cannot expect to grow your assets, reduce your liabilities or even make reasonable financial goals without knowing where you currently are. It does not take long and even though it may be painful I believe we should all be viewing our accounts daily at the least. So take time away from other things you may be doing on your phone and view those transactions, so you know what is going on, before you start to even consider doing anything about what is going on.
